I've been reading the crap on zanz.com. What better way to cool off my head after a long day at the library? But honestly it scares me some of the opinions that are voiced on that board. The ignorance of some people is terrifying.
So that UWI student got beat up and some people have the nerve to say it was ok because she provoked the guy. That's why I can't retaliate when some fool slaps my ass in the club, because when I get some hand laid on me they would say its my fault.

I think it's cowardly to exert force against anyone (male or female) that you are pretty sure is unable put up any significant fight. She shoulda know some ancient fighting skills and put out his eye.
I don't know what I would have done if I saw it happen though. I've only seen a guy hit a woman once in my life and I felt it was my duty to let him know what a spineless a$$hole he was. Granted I was out with a pretty huge guy and I was halfway inebriated, but I took it personally and I couldnt just leave it alone.
Sad state of affairs when a woman can't stand up for herself without fear of being lambasted. Only one man supposed to be giving me licks and in one setting only. I should really learn some form of self defence....
In other news I hope Antonio's parents can finally have some closure.
