It's Six o' Clock a.m. and Im Up
Why you ask yourself? Cause yuh know Ive been rolling out of bed after 9 these days. Well Mums is here... and anyone who knows her knows I dont need to say any thing more.

It's so nice to have her here (even with the shortened sleeping time). Especially when it came to the packing thing last night. She's helping me to decide what I should keep and what should go to the less fortunate and what should go to the dump. Something that was taking me a week to complete got almost done in hours.

It's a tad pathetic that at 25 years of age I hardly make a decision that's not "mother-approved". On one hand she tends to be right 99% of the time, however it just fuels my indecisive nature. And I'm a big girl darnit!:D

Well anyways, today is the Oath Taking ceremony. And I tried on my dress yesterday. Let's just say that after 2 bake and shark and a few too many steamed wontons it was no longer a fitted dress. Hopefully that will change today after im finished walking around in Port of Spain and Tunapuna.

Kingdom Of Heaven

That was a great movie. It stated it's views on religion in such a comprehensive and intelligent way that even the biggest religious fanatic would be made the think. I agreed with everything.

Im not about to argue with anyone about religion or try to impose my views on anyone.
Religion is personal. It's a person's choice with whom he decides to trust his soul. Whether it's Lord Krishna or Allah or Jesus Christ or the Virgin Mary... I choose to stick with God and forget about everything else.

My opinion : God is in your head and your heart and that is how you know what is right from wrong. And following your conscience will lead you better than any contradicting literature written by man.
Follow the golden rule and do unto others as you would have them do unto you and you should be fine.

It was sickening how everything was "God's will" including murdering innocent people because they had a different religion. But if you believe in Karma and the day of reckoning... everyone will get their due.

Three Tears In A Bucket
This week was crazy, went out almost every night but then Friday night came and Id had enough partying. So I stayed home. Today was more of the same, after my trip to POS (finally got my big sis' clothes)I just mellowed out with my novel and chatted with the pinky online. And after comparing the two I think I prefer home time. Less pressure and demands, just me and some fictional character's problems that eventually get solved by the end of the book.

And talking about books... Eric Jerome Dickey is really good. Just read Liars Game. Its refreshing to have realistic characters in realistic situations. Pain, anger and frustration will make a normal person do abnormal things.

We all make mistakes.
