Loyalty? Intercampus games are here and tonight it was a case of St. Augustine vs Cave Hill. And even though, when given the chance I didnt want to go to Cave Hill, I still dont want to go to Cave Hill and God willing I'll NEVER be a student at Cave Hill, I rooted for Cave Hill the whole time. It could have to do with the fact that my old crush Mr. Holfood....ahem....Holford was playing or that little Charles (thats never been little) from HC was doing his thing. But whatever the reason I felt no ties to St. Augustine and the Bajans made me proud. I felt bad after a while however because they really mash up "my team" But I dont attend UWI St. Augustine so that might also be the problem. Why Mount Hope always getting left out!???
also i saw a former colleague from HC that I hadnt seen since 1998, she didnt recognise me for a few seconds....ah..the days of Ade the stick figure are long gone.
